Objectives

The Rock Salt team set out to improve Tubzz’s website and increase online traffic and qualified leads from their website through combined SEO and PPC efforts. Ultimately, our goal was to increase sales for Tubzz’s flagship custom tub lineup and to get their new sauna and cold plunge products off the ground.

Solutions

To improve Tubzz’s online visibility and augment sales for their full product line, the Rock Salt team developed a brand new, search-friendly website, optimized and maintained their Google Business Profile, established a rock-solid content plan, and reorganized and managed their paid media campaigns. The results speak for themselves.

Results

In nine months, we helped Tubzz achieve significant growth through our SEO and paid media efforts. We expanded their keyword presence, driving more first-page rankings, impressions, and clicks. This visibility translated into a surge of qualified leads for tubs, saunas, and cold plunges. Our optimized Google Ads strategy improved budget efficiency and reduced conversion costs, delivering meaningful results. Search Engine optimization

In just nine months, Tubzz experienced remarkable growth across several key SEO metrics. We significantly expanded their keyword presence, securing more first-page rankings and driving meaningful visibility. This surge in exposure translated into higher engagement, with substantial increases in impressions, clicks, and—most importantly—qualified leads. By focusing on authentic inquiries and eliminating spam, we ensured a 267% lift in real potential customers, setting Tubzz up for sustained success in a competitive market.

We helped Tubzz achieve a 1,224% increase in total keyword rankings in the first 9 months of working with them. This growth included a 200% boost in first page rankings.

Within the first 9 months of working with Tubzz, we increased their monthly impressions by more than 126%, and clicks by more than 30%.

Over the first 6 months of working with Tubzz, we drove at least a 267% boost in qualified form fills (we don’t have complete data for March, so we’re not counting that). By qualified we mean that this growth number doesn’t include spam form fills! This is a true 267% increase in actual people wanting to purchase tubs, saunas, or cold plunges.

PAID MEDIA

Our paid media strategy was to drive qualified leads through Google Search and Performance Max campaigns. The auction is stacked with both local and national competitors, which made previous Google Ads campaigns difficult. Tubzz’s previous agency had spread their budget too thin across separate campaigns, which didn’t provide enough data to Google’s automated bid strategies. We combined those campaigns and split the different search intents on the ad group level instead. We also created compelling creative for our Performance Max ads and our Responsive Search Ads.

Our campaign started in April and immediately started driving qualified leads. Their previous Google Ads campaigns weren’t able to drive a single attributable lead.

After an initial learning period, we were able to make optimizations to drive down Tubzz’s cost per conversion. The primary changes we made were refinements to keyword targeting and optimizations to budget allocation. The client is very happy with these results.
